General Terms and Conditions:

We offer a risk-free 30 day money-back guarantee on most of the items we sell.

OEM and Refurbished items are covered by a 30 day same-item exchange policy.

Used merchandise is sold in "AS IS" condition. Items have a "NO DOA" guarantee.

Shipping and handling charges, unless otherwise stated, are non-refundable.

All products are sold with their respective manufacturers warranties.

Computers and Build-to-Order(BTO) Notebooks require extra time for processing.
Please allow 7-21 business days for assembly, testing, and delivery.

(No weekend processing or delivery)

Return Policy:

All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

RMA numbers are only valid for 10 business days.

All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date,
thereafter all sales are final.

Products found to be DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) or defective may be returned within
30 days of purchase for exchange, credit, or a full refund (shipping fees included).

Products found to be defective, or damaged due to misuse, abuse, or some kind
tampering (overclocking, inproper use, modification, etc) will not be eligible for
refund or warranty services. These products may be subject to a $25 processing
fee. Buyers assume all risk and will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Buyers are responsible for all related return shipping fees, tracking and insurance.

All items must be returned in "as new" condition in their original packaging and
include all accessories, cards, UPC codes (still attached), and instruction manuals.

Note: We are not responsible damaged, lost, or stolen items.

Due to manufacturers restrictions, some items may not be returned for credit
or refund. These items will be clearly marked (Non-refundable, 30-day same-
item exchange policy) in our listings. Defective items in this class are repaired
and/or replaced in accordance with the original manufacturer's return policies
and warranty services. Please keep in mind, warranty services vary by product.
Buyers must contact the original hardware manufacturers to resolve any issues.

Please note: The restrictions mentioned above apply to most of the resellers on
and off the web. This is standard policy. We guarantee all new items we sell are
backed by the original manufacturer's policies and warranty services.

Payment Policy:

All buyers must provide legitimate contact information at the time of purchase.
This includes their real name, street address, City, State, Zip, email address,
and telephone number. In addition to this, all Credit Card users must submit
the last 4 digits of their credit card, a telephone number for their card issuer's
(bank's) support department, and a valid CVV/CCV (Credit Card Verification).

Note: The CCV is a three digit number on the back of your credit card.

Please note:

Some payment methods require special processing. Please allow 3-10 days for
payments to clear our bank.

Due to the increasing number fraud cases on the internet, we only accept Paypal
payments from verified Premier and Business account holders. If you do not have
a verified Premier or Business account, then please use another payment method
to complete the transaction.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject all PayPal payments by non-verified
account holders.
